Minecraft Tutorial #10 :: How to get a Flat World

Hello world, today is another tutorial because notch decided to make a million updates so i couldn't make a mod video. I was going to make a lets play but i went to a friends house and couldn't find time to record. So anyways this is how to get a completely flat world for building or testing something, its great for making videos and tutorials, so enjoy it!

this world is flat but I want to use the current csettings for creator that are with the new minecraft. I can only get survivor mode on this. How can I change it to creator mode?
