  • I just want to say thanks so very much for the resistance band exercise videos. I am getting ready to travel abroad for 6 weeks and I thought this would be a great and easy way for me to continue to get my workouts in and also help to mix up my routine a bit more when at home. I was having trouble finding books on resistance band training. Thanks so much for uploading these. It's been extremely helpful!
