This is my Electric powered ASW 28 sailplane. I am rinning mine stock as it came with a 3s 2200 zippy pack. I had to cut the inside of the canopy to make the battery fit but as you can see by the video the plane flies great with extra weight. It is a much more stable and smooth plane and has a very wide speed evelope for a foam sailplane. With this battery setup on the stock brushless motor I am only pulling 16.5 amps static and 180 watts which provides tons of power but is still a very resonable amp draw for this plane. This plane is definetly worth the money after the new battery.

  • People keep saying these are underpowered. I have one running 1300 2cell lipo's. It's a glider! Stop trying to fly it like a pattern ship.

Is it possible to change Motor if you want to? (its not glued?)
