    You have the right to let them search you or not let them search you that is up to you. Realize if you DO consent to a search, they are not butlers and do not put everything back the way they found it and if anything of yours is damaged during the search, you would not be compensated since you consented to the search. Also, if someone else without your knowledge has left something illegal in your car, saying "That's not mine." won't prevent them from arresting you for it.
