nix hahahaha das zeigt wie sogar kinder erniedrigt wurden, es gab keinen respekt vor privatsphäre, scham oder stolz und nach der misshandlung war man auch noch ein "kameradenschwein" diese szene sollte entsetzen und nicht amüsieren ...

I don't know, I wasn't there, but I do know this. Everyone dumps on Germany because they lost the war. Like they say, "The victors write the history books."

I was in the Marine Corps. In boot camp some D.I. tried some crap like this. Well, 20 of us "recruits" told this sick SOB that we would not tolerate it, and if it continued he was in for an ass-kicking.

The D.I.'s behavior changed immediately.

That's what would have happened in Germany in 1942.

The pissing thing, and the way it was handled in this film, is counter-productive.

I wonder if this type of thing really happened.

It would only serve to make the kids HATE their teachers, and HATE the whole system.
