Grade 1 Toronto Police Pipe Band compete in the medley contest at the 2007 North American Pipe Band Championships held in Maxville Ontario.

  • hey jtakken777 your comment shows that you have not one single clue about pitch. On a drum kit are the toms shallow shell? Yes they are except the floor toms. Do you know why? The shallower the shell depth the higher the natural pitch of the drum. The shells are shallower and thicker so that they project though the full band. But you already knew that. So get your head out of ass of what a drum should look like and realize this is about sound. By the way what grade 1 band do you play in.

  • loved the first tune, found it became more or less un-exciting after the hornpipe. The drums still just do not look proper except for a kid.

  • Does anyone know what the tune order is?

  • That's also a hornpipe called Winnepeg Forger, and it was included in Calm Before the Storm. There was a grade 2 band using it for their roll of tune that year. I think it was Oran Mor.
