VirtualDub is the best, to avoid lag run no background programs while capturing and disable video/audio preview

This looks bad use the program InterVideo WinDVR 3 it's the best with easycap.

@thelammingman if you have the easycap dc160+ you can record both pal 60 and 50 in colour, if you have an easycap that is less then a DC160+, you can only record games that can play in pal 50, which some games cannot, sorry
