"Alatna River" is a track from my album 'Transit Realities', here performed live at the Schallwende Grillfest, at Gruga Park, Essen, Germany.

The Schallwende Grillfest is an annual Electronic Music party organized by the Schallwende foundation. A big thanks goes to Sylvia and Klaus Sommerfeld for giving me the chance to perform at the Grillfest, and to Bernd Scholl (moonbooter) for introducing me to Sylvia.

More about the Schallwende foundation can be found at http://schallwen.de

  • Excellant performance. Pity there were so many casual observers who seem more intent on talking with each other and eating cakes rather tha listening closely to the music.

  • @The1stBaker Thanks! Please, don't blame the audience. The event is basically a barbeque with additional EM performances. So, I'm quite satisfied that still so many of the visiters were actually listening. As this was my first ever performance, I was quite focussed on my show, which is why I didn't notice those not listening, really. :-) I'm just glad they were there, and at the end they all rewarded me with a fantastic applause.

  • Great to see all those wonderful synths and that you're actually playing many of the parts live!! Unlike other artists who hide behind a laptop and mime. ENCORE!!!!!

  • Great footage! I can see you enjoyed performing, the public is seen casually enjoying it too. I had similar enjoyment when I did my gig in 2006. Hope you will continue doing it as long as you enjoy it! Koos

  • Well done, René.

  • Compliment !!!!!!!!!
