Nathalie Portman was such a fake ballerina I was nauseated.
I have had the chance in the past to enjoy the real ballet companies ..the best Russians Thanks to God. still have my pointe4d shoes.

B+ is the position you see the corps dancers standing in when they're part of the background where their weight is really on one leg with the other only just touching the ground neatly tucked behind them. It's tricky to hold for a long period of time because you're pulse is still racing and you may be a little short of breath, but you've got to squeeze in all these muscles to hold the position.

I wish more people would know about the company and visit stockholm and go to the opera house. it has so much history being one of the oldest companies in the world. i remember doing shows with the company while training at royal swedish ballet school. it was an amazing time in my life. i need to buy this DVD.
