This video tutorial will teach you how to stop most autorun viruses by turning off the autoplay feature in your computer.

Requirements:
Windows XP Professional. (used in this video)
Windows 2000
Windows Vista
Windows Media Center Edition

Note: I haven't tried this on other version of Windows except Windows XP Pro.

Steps:
#1: Click start.

#2: Click run. (run dialog box appears)...(you can press windows+r on your keyboard)

#3: Type in GPEDIT.MSC, then hit OK (Group policy editor appears.)

#4: On the left pane, click ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES

#5: then click SYSTEM

#6: on the right pane, look for TURN OFF AUTOPLAY then right click on it.

#7: choose PROPERTIES (Turn off autoplay properties appears)

#8: Choose Enabled.

#9: and on Turn off Autoplay drop down menu, you can select what you want. For me i want to stop the autoplay feature on all my drives. So i choose all drives.

#10: click APPLY and hit OK. That's it.

I hope you enjoy this short video tutorial, and i hope this will help you stop autorun viruses.

I apologize for my bad English on the video. This is my first video tutorial, please bear with me.
