First let me say, their new store is very nice. Actually feels smaller them the Old place. I have been a steady customer before they moved. The owner was always there to answer question and fix problems, at least in my experience. I have done a couple FFL transfers at the new store on 646, and wish they were back at the old location. This is a classic example of growing too fast and management not keeping up with the practices that made them grow.

I bet they would be glad to take your $300.00 and charge you for the range as well? I don't know many retail stores that if you spend any amount of money that they offer you anything free or of reduced value. I will gladly take some free range time to shoot my new gun and appreciate the gesture. Way to go Arms Room, love the commercial and love the range! Ignore the greedy, inappreciative jerks and keep doing a great job!
