I love to roast chicken just like this! Ive never even had a blackberry before, but I think Im going to have to go out of my way to try to make that sauce!

that was fun.. your chicken looks great.. its funny cause my youtube only plays for like 5 seconds and i stop on the spilling of the salt or livers in the cavity faces...heheh.. YOU MAKE ME SMILE!!! I cannot say how good that chicken looks.. I would probably have fun jusy eating the drippings and some chesse bread.. Oh so have to think of a way to us that .. Have you heard of bread salad.. its kinda like stuffing.. CHECK IT OUT

@SmileyDuck97 So much of this is easy to be vegetarian. use veggie stock instead of chicken stock for the sauce. And the pancakes would be awesome as a meal all by themselves! :)

This recipe looks super-duper awesomely delicious!! =D. Question though: You mentioned both Sweet Potatoes and Yams =/. Which are those? Sorry haha. I'm definitely sending this video to my friend so we can make it =D.
