Peter Parker receives an invitation in the mail to "Xavier's School for Gifted Young People" the invite had Peter over come with joy believing he would be training under the X-Men. Once he swings over there, Scott gives him a brief tour of Xaviers Mansion and allows Spidey to roam free in the hallways.

Logan spots the Web-Slinger touring the Cerebro Room. Looking at him as an intruder Wolverine's initial reaction is "gonna bleed ya!" (everyone was told Spider-Man would be a guest in the X-Mansion except Wolverine) Wolvie rushes in after him.

Spider-Man: I hate it when he gets the drop on me!

Wolverine: GRRR! Now it's pay back time for throwing me into that trash can several years ago, bub!

Spider-Man: I don't know what your talking about!

Wolverine: You think I forgot? I still remember it. I don't care if it happened in 1993 or 4. No one throws me 2 times into a trash can and gets away with it! Special delivery!

Spider-Man: Huh?!!

Wolverine: WHERE IS BEAST!

No he's had that immortal factor removed in the comics. A serious Spider-Man would kill Wolverine, he's got all the advantage in the world, range attacks, speed, Spidey -Sense, intelligence, ground to air game.

Spidey could unload the capacity of a web cartridge on him strong enough to hold a building then decapitate him if he wanted too.

Spiderma has better reflexes than wolverine. Spiderman did 1 thing wolverine never did beat Juggernaut. If you don't believe me you can google search it for yourself. Wolverine can heal & has had more training but spiderman can stick to ground. While wolverine can heal himselef & smell spiderman. Spiderman's spider sense can help him dodge wolverine claws despite being able to cut him.

He's not immortal, he can die from severe burns or too much loss of blood among other things
