The first thing that stood out to me is you are stiffer than a board at the line. Try working on getting more knee bend. This will help keep you on balance, and give you better leverage and power. It would also help you repeat shots.
Don't try to force the ball. It doesn't matter how fast or how much you put on the ball, the only thing that matters in bowling is accuracy. From what I see It looks like you try throwing the ball to hard. Just be smooth with it. Another thing that I see is you need to reach straight up the lane. You can see on your shot with the strike your arm was straighter up the lane and the ball didn't go out to the gutter.
from what I can see, everything looks good until your release, try staying under the ball a little bit more and practice releasing it by your foot everytime. That is why you had some errand shots that missed a little bit outside. Also, when you follow through, try to touch your thumb to your shoulder. That will help you get through the ball cleaner. Just remember nothing beats practice.
you got the ingredients all you need to do is mix them!!!

Yeah, on his last shot his shoulders were square to the pins, where they weren't before. He was facing right on the 2nd shot.
