Joe Thrift also says that the bass player is Nicks girlfriend, Kelley Breiding. She and Nick also have a fiddle band with Nicks dad called Backstep. Kelley is the banjo player and Nick is the fiddler, no bass. They also have a rock-a-billy band called Kelley And The Cowboys. Nick plays standup bass in that band and Kelley is the singer. She sounds just like Patsy Cline.

Joe Thrift (the group's fiddler) says that this is the new Red Hots. Riley Baugus, their original guitar player, has been replaced by Nick McMillian, who is a killer musician and can play all the instruments. His father, Chester McMillian, was the guitar player on some of the Tommy Jarrell recordings.

Joe Thrift (the fiddler) tells me this tune is "Callahans Reel" from Dykes Magic City Trio, played in cross key G tuning (GDGD).
