  • Could you tell me how to remove the top from a New Home Memory Craft 7000? Do you have a website or a blog?

  • Can you tell me how to repair my tension? For some reason the it will not adjust. I opened my machine and there is a wire wrapped around the inside of the tension knob. Is this supposed to be attached to something so that it will actually adjust?
