Roger Moore talks to Anne Diamond on TV-am in 1986, about the latest James Bond film 'A View to a Kill'. He talks about his career, his daughter Debrah going into show business too. A few funny quotes. Anne Diamond presents him with a bottle of Champagne which heopens; they share a drink.

  • the British accent is so fucking perfect

  • @jcook51 Although a matter of opinion I don't think that's fair. A View to a Kill had a great villain, some great stunts and set-pieces, and a great score and Fiona Fullerton. And the story was quite fun and interesting. I thought.

  • @Slacktoo the southern standard one, yes - not the northern english ones.

  • 1985 - A shame is was Roger's last Bond film. I would like to have seen him play 007 for the series' 25th Anniversary which was in 1987.

  • Shame he chose to have a facelift just before a view to a kill. I think he looked fine in octopussy still as catchy in that as the rest!

  • He was far too old to play Bond when he started.

  • Moore was great in Octopussy. A View To A Kill was just a mistake all around.

  • ive just been reading his new book, its hilarious and great on set 007 stories... i recommend it.. Cool guy whos done a lot of great work for charity.

  • The lady interviewing seems a bit strange and low on humour.. nervous maybe??

  • Moore had very good looks thruout the 70s, Id say he should have quit after For Your Eyes only (1981) when he started to look old..
