@gibbysan Larry Holmes beat Ali, does that make him a better fighter in history than Ali? No! Marciano beat Joe Louis, does that make him better? HELL NO!!! A 39 year old Roy against a 32 year old Calzaghe is hardly a great fight in my opinion. Joe is good but he surely is not that good as to where when everything is said and done, Roy is considered better.

@charlesmustang who cares about prime, prime doesn't matter when it comes down to the fight, they fought roy lost, joe is better regardless of prime or no prime for roy

Calzaghe will never be considered better than Jones in the history books. Everyone knows that prime for prime, JC would have been outclassed in power, hand speed, and footwork!

I'm so sick of hearing people use that excuse for Jones. You stated "let's admit it, Jones Jr. was far past his prime". OK then, lets admit it ,BUT lets also admit that JC was 36 (only 3 yrs younger that Roy) and also past his prime. Fair enough?
