What would happen if a panel made up of the meanest, most fiercest and talented judges our school has offer, were to judge "Robinson Idol" contestants? The result: a lot of work and a lot of fun.
Produced by the 2009 Moviemaking class at the request of the Robinson School PTO, here is the "Robinson Idol: The Movie" short film. It was originally intended as a promotional tool for a new Robinson School tradition, which took the school by storm during the 2008-09 school year. The video was storyboarded, scripted, acted, filmed and edited by the students. My sincere kudos to them! I am very, very proud of their work.
Special thanks to Prof. Jessica Román, who willingly submitted herself to our usual lunacy by singing a very beautiful song. She was inmedately judged rather harshly by our version of "The Joker", performed by Giancarlo Mercado.
