Wackies does it again... such an under-appreciated recording sound.... One of the mixing consoles they used at wackies was so prolific that it now resides in the Les Paul Museum... Les Paul (of all people!) went to the wackies studio in New York in its heyday as he was interested in the equipment! Cool.
