The Judicial system has historically been and currently is racist to a degree. However, not all CITIZENS are racist. That is the distinction.

Jail does not stop Kelly from being a pedophile. Rehab, counseling, psychiatric help, and most importantly JESUS can stop Kelly from being a pedophile. Locking him up is punishment and revenge for the little girl's sake. But if we have to teach him that its wrong, we should teach her that it is too!

Once again I agree with you again. People only see one side and not both. Yea by law these girls are "Young" but believe me they know EXACTLY what they're doing. When I was 13-to now which is grown, I knew right from wrong. I knew not to have sex with a grown ass man. I knew not to let a grown man pee on me. At 13, I was a freshman in high school trying my hardest to stay away from boys and old men who kept hitting on me. 3 years later I was finished with high school, preparing for college and working a part time job where I was also hit on by a number of guys. I spent all of my teenage years protecting my virginity why on earth is it impossible to think that these children nowadays are willingly giving up theirs?! Blame was not meant to be placed on the girl entirely. I intended to clarify using this video in saying that if you persecute one, you should persecute them both.

I honestly don't like (as stated in this video) the usage of statutory rape, because it does not address the young girl issues.
