More evidence of how Pakistani handlers walked their wards through every action on 26/11. Advising, instructing, cajoling and coaxing them to attack Indian forces to murder their hostage.

The matter-of-fact-conversations recorded on tape could well be mistaken for coffee table chatter if not the blood it shed.

Conversation from intercepted calls:
Handler: So will the work be done now?
Terrorist: Yes, right before you. We were waiting for you to call.

And with this call, two hostages inside Nariman House were shot dead in cold blood as the Pakistani handlers listened in.

These and more details now tumbling out in court as the audio tapes are played out.

What's clear from these transcripts is that the Pakistani handlers were instructing the terrorists at every step of the way. From basic orders like how to conserve their energy and use their ammunition to more serious ones like how to kill their hostages.

Conversation:
Handler: Look to your left and right and then fire as far as you can see. Then take your positions.
Terrorist: Ok, ok.
Handler: Ok, Listen.
Terrorist: If anyone of you is tired, like Umar, go rest for an hour or so.

But also the first visible signs that all was not going well for the terrorists.

Imran Babar, Terrorist: My colleague, friend here is losing courage. I want his morale to be lifted, otherwise...
Handler: Get him to talk to me.
Terrorist: He seems anxious.
Handler: No problem. He will recover.
Terrorist: I think he is fatigued.
Handler: Don't worry. I will speak to him. Get Umar to speak to me. How many grenades do you have? Divide them equally.

Conversations that show just how unaffected the terrorists and their handlers were, more than 24 hours after they had unleashed their mindless bloodbath.
