I'm not very good at video descriptions, but I'll try.
This video sums up the hard feeling and thoughts that Dean and Sam are facing. Dean feels that his brother is on the verge of becoming the things they hunt, but doesn't want to face such a conclusion. All the while, Sam starts to feel that his brother has bad feelings towards him now thinking he is a monster which soon begins to tear apart the brotherly realationship. Dean feels bad about having to let Sam go through the torturous hallucinations in Bobby's basement chamber, but feels it's for the best.
