you have to remember that in japan there are thousands of arcades and there are less than 1000 in the u.s.
our parts are not made to high standards, they are made to be sold, thats it.
we have no quality control in america!
better hurry and buy your jap arcade parts as the radiation will make it impossible soon!

@theFaded01 are you insane? when it comes to "real" tourney fighters, we use jap parts and sticks. in reality, this stick and all x-arcade sticks are seriously flawed.
i bet this one will have to be "over hauled" with new parts in a year. just like every other stick they make.
these can be made fair;y good with swana or setties.
this is only my opinion as i do not care for our u.s.a. made parts.
they are not made to "take a lickin and keep on tickin!"
the jap parts are!
do some research!

remember! this is considered a "entry level" stick!
its decent "real" stick. but its far from "perfect".
there are better ones, especially for what ypu would pay for this stick, you could buy a custom, or even a hrap tourney stick.
keeps it real, and keeps it arcade!
man it makes me so happy to see the interest in arcade controls jump. maybe one day this will lead to a resurgence in actual arcades!

man, the player sides are way too close.
this is aq great "intro: to arcade style joysticks.
but there are many, many way better ones available.
start with this then move your way up, eventually one needs to build their own with premium parts.
i use all japanese parts. the u.s. ones such as the happ comp stick used in this one is way too "floppy".

I 'm using a 2 player x arcade with mame in my cabinet It works perfectly its been in my cabinet for 2 years this december never let me down once.
