Off-topic, but related:
During my infatuation with thermoforming (which I still intend to properly learn) I picked up some 1/8" polycarbonate plate. I strength-tested it with everything -hammers, axes, heavy objects dropped from great height, etc, etc- and was unable to break it. The most damage I ever did was with a 7.9g .177cal. pointed pellet at 1,000fps. It left a shallow impression at the impact point and a matching "bulge" on the opposite side.
No. You will not break it.

What king of ultra saber are you using?

None. It's a non- lighting stunt that was specifically made for bashing. I don't buy or use ultrasabers products anymore. I've been building and making my own stuff for longer than they have and they don't offer anything I couldn't make myself.

What costs money? The blade... it's like $10 and it didn't break. You can barely get a good meal for $10.

Are all Ultra Sabers PolyCarbonate?

Yeah, luxeon sabers all use PolyCarbonate. The exception is the nylon blade I created.
