TUTORIAL ! How to maintain SSD drive , keep it healthy (solid state drive life extend)

Got SSD? You probably paid a LOTS OF money right? (read fully)

IMPORTANT:
1) Do not set Page File size less then 400MB (even if you have SSD).
2) On 6th step,right click on CMD(command prompt) and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify (to check the TRIM)
DisableDeleteNotify = 0 (TRIM is working)

not sure what "system protection" is.Do you mean Windows Defender ? Turn it off if you have 3rd party antivirus.Do you mean System Restore Point ? It does write big files on your disk but I HIGHLY recommend you keep it ON,it won't have a noticeable impact on your SSD since the restore points are written only once or twice a week.

Is turning off System protection also helps? I've backed up everything and turned mine off does that counts? how about using portable version of browsers like google Chrome and installing it on other flash media? Thanks for the tutorial.
