with the 20 year tech gap we can only imagine what's out there now. . It would also be nice if cnn and others could unearth stories like this more often and report on real topics like they used to. . It's amazing how much the news has changed in a few short years. .

@wthf5 There are always reports like this,see for example Pain Ray Fries Reporter. Also important are the non technical reports, like the one about the Eman Al Obeidi case in Libya, see my film on this. It shows that in totalitarian state a large part of the population is "the State".Everyone was attacking Eman Al Obeidi and the journalists filming her. And Germany is much worse than Libya.Me and my brother had been beaten up in public with hundreds standing in a large circle around and watching

@TheAnarchist33 Do you know any other source making open these technologies in a similar way? Everyone being tortured by totalitarian regimes supplied with German equipment to brainwash, torture and murder can be lucky that this report is made available by CNN. It effectively prevents plausible denial.
Ive found a US report about directed energy having been used in 1944 against US aircrafts in Germany. High power DE caused constant sparks at the plugs leading to flashbacks destroying the valves
