@TheCaptainLulz , the guy talking in the video is a high level scientist, the proof he found in antartica of such an event that occures with the galactic cycle are interesting! And its not him that analyse the samples, but specialised laboratory, they found what he excpected: dust brought from space by a strong radiation, he doesnt say it would change the law of physic, he says it creates violent reaction.
