Well they don't serve in direct combat units like 0300 and 0800 but the ones I came across are just as capable in their jobs as their male counter parts.

@leemory lets be honest here minus the female pilots who are in actual combat, who don't panic, who don't hide behind their humvee and cry, who don't drop their rifle and runaway, flip over a tank of water on a 7 ton meant for the grunts (actual marines) 50 clicks away and laughing about it only to be yoked up by muah.
