  • i do 5 plates deep though same with squats 5 plates deep for 6 reps a2g

  • Hey guys i am 20 not big just toned and i can dip 40k um 8 rep's is that good, i have good form i go down to 90 degrees

  • no man when i workout i scream like ive just taken a 10 ft long pole ignore this guy we all have to scream when taking somthing that big

  • please don't scream like your taking it up the ass... everyone in the gym just laughs at you... it makes you look like a douche...

  • Partials are goooood<3

  • Not bad at all. I go way past 90 but tahts still very impressive, its enough ROM to be difficult and that is still a huge weight regardless of what people say. Any claims for better dips i need to see vids, i can easily say i can do dips with 500lb.....with no backup.

  • i apologize, before i watched it again i was somehow under the impression he was doing only 4 reps. hes getting near 90 degrees so thats good in my books.

  • TemplarX2 - it would be better if he dropped the weight a little and performed 6 reps with good technique until he can do more and then go onto a that weight and perform 6 reps. 4 reps with poor form simply means its too heavy and will be less beneficial.

  • For fuck sake, he's acquainting himself with the weight. Christ this is for plate, you can't keep good form with weights that heavy. I'm obsessed with form and still I have to do it partial at around 140 lbs.
