@preeyareg when you're learning something new. Your brain is going to try and use the patterns of movement that it knows already. You then have to work against those impulses. This "working against" the existing pattern is hard work for your muscles. But as the new pattern becomes stronger you use less and less energy to keep it going. You don't have to build stamina but rather practice at a pace where you don't need to use force to practice. Check out the posts on my website! :)

I took a chance and bought this training system - something that I normally never do - because I was impressed by your awesome free material. My review is this: IT WORKS. I'm not saying I instantly shredded like Yngwie in 3 days, but I'm improving WAY faster than I was, practice is more fun and playing feels easier than ever. All the stuff is very logical, but if you don't know all that, you won't be making optimal progress. That's my 2 cents, so thanks and keep making new products!
