Don't know what ryu either. Definitely not seitei, Muso Jikkiden Eishin Ryu or Shinden Ryu. It seems like he's doing the kata's very mechanically; No tenouchi, sanshin, seem sloppy. but it could be the style...(don't wanna step on anybody's toe. :P)

dunno either, I can say what its not, its not Seitei, not Eishin ryu. not Hokushin Shinnoh Ryu not Katori Shinto, not Muso shinden not Suio ryu, Not Yagu Shinkage either but it is nice and looks like true Iaido embu

Actually, he did. See the small slice to the right, afterwhich he adjusts his scabbard? That's not a slice. It's a deblood. And a very difficult one to preform well. Also notice that he taps the handle during the reverse-hand noto. That's a deblood as well.

Nice technique, fairly smooth, but... would it work ? It doesn't look like he is cutting anything. It would be interesting to see his seitei.
