Everyone with a 3yo's brain knows that not the whole population is employable.

And some with a tiny bit education know that the employable part of a population is always round about 50% and the other 50% are children and seniors.

So, if I say Spain has 40 million inhabitants and 5 million unemployed which makes 25% unemployment rate, then this is perfectly understandable for people with a tiny bit intellectual capacity.
