@AliceHofmann I was agreeing with you until you got to "There are parents that push more their children to study something they don't want... That's bad parenting.. this isn't!" How is making sure your child gets a good education bad? I'd rather see parents putting this kind of effort into making sure their kids do good at school then in pageants. At least an education will help and benefit you for years to come.

i love tyra and her show, but it's very obvious when she doesn't agree with one of her guests. when it's racism or abuse, it's understandable and admirable that she is straight with her guests, but when it's not that big of a deal (like child pageants) it's a bit unprofessional

These are the most deluded, lying pack of idiots I've seen in a while. They talk about the values they are teaching. It seems they are teaching their children that looks are all important. There's not one competition that involves anything other than how they dress or how their hair or features look. The fake tans, fake teeth, fake hairpieces, fake fake fake. Doesn't that give them a clue? It isn't even about true beauty but about how much fake beauty the parent can afford!! Disgusting.
