91177info: I do not wish to sound argumentative. I refuse my children to be innoculated REGARDLESS. I am already thinking about the consequesnces, but I must do what I feel is in the interest of my children and not the pharmaceutical companies. And my other reasons are personal, as well. I don't like or trust the officials in this country. Never did. Plain and simple. They are all shitheads.

At :37 Paragraph 3 references 'posse comitatus act of 1978, is this supposed to read 1878 and a typo or did something else happen that I'm unaware of?
I was under the impression that 32 CFR 501.4 (by Boosh & Co circa 2006) was the first primary attack that undermined posse comitatus?
For dummies like me ;-) Can you summarize the point you are making in a sentence or two? How does the info you're providing differ from the John Warner Defense Auth Act and military com act of 2006?

The good news... The Kathleen Sebilius is about as Republican as you can get from a democrat! She was a Gov of Kansas. Re-elected as Gov in a state that had counties that were 98% McCain, <2% Obama. Only 2 blue counties in this state. She has a social liberal agenda (translation, more freedom in the lives of Americans and more choices for citizens) but she has a very consevative core.
I do not belive she would mandate innoculations. Highly suggest it, maybe. Rest easy if she's making that call.
