As far as I know, "How the West Was Won" already features the unedited 27th version. So you're good to go. As for the entire 27th show; I have yet to find it.

Actually, the one on How the West Was Won was entirely Long Beach. Google "The Garden Tapes". That website goes really in depth and is a very interesting read.
