Possibly not. But I myself am still convinced that a woman (women?) were involved in the developement of the art. That pigeon toed stance and streamlined footwork seems tailor made for a woman in a skirt.

Vinh xuan originated from Buddism, combination of Shaolin martial arts and nature of women by female masters, Ngu Mui.
To practise Chikung, the learner must be taught by the master himself. Before that, learner must have certain achivements.
