No, Crystal Mangum already had a mental health file 1000 pages long before the party, plainwain. But the escort service they called didn't tell them "oh, by the way, the dancer we're sending has problems with drugs and alcohol and will show up already so stoned that later she'll tell people she was one of FOUR girls dancing at the party."

If you still believe that Mangum's "story" is true then tell me this -- was Kim Roberts a fellow victim? Or was she helping the players by holding Mangum down? Mangum's told the story both ways; if one's true, the other is false. And if one story she tells is false, why not both?

That's why an HONEST prosecutor who wasn't trying to exploit bigoted idiots would never have prosecuted based on her delusions.

If criminal charges have been lodged against you, you have the right to a fair trial to defend yourself against those charges. There is no such thing as the right to put someone else on trial -- for good reason, because mentally ill drug addicted ex-cons would abuse innocent people that way. As one did in this case.

The woman didn't run with the charges, another affluent, white prosecutor did (Nifong) and he tarnished the image of rape victims everywhere. Quit fighting amongst yourselves. If someone offended you and you filed charges against THEM; and some fancy pants lawyer get it thrown out for predjudice reasons of any kind, would that mean that YOU were DENIED a right for a TRIAL AGAINST that offender? DUHHHHH
