In this video I share with you a program I have been using recently to improve my eyesight naturally. This includes specific eyedrops, exercises, and supplements. Total time invested per day is less than 5 or 10 minutes.

See the video where I demonstrate the self massage for the eyes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qD2OaU8FdFE

  • @Parkourgray lol, notice the title says IMPROVE, not cure or reverse 100%. my vision started off pretty bad and its slowly getting better. so how about exercising a little bit of common sense?

  • I'm only 13 and I don't have a perfect eyesight. Can I use the eyedrops you mentioned? And I'm willing to do anything to get back my perfect eyesight(as long as it's not dangerous). Please reply to this comment. Thanks

  • @Endure2theEnnd so it makes it hard to know if your out of alignment. Also if your out and the signals are not firing properly, then many of your organs will not function well either. Most people live a long time without ever realizing a atlas adjustment can change the entirety of how they feel and function. For some people the fist time is like waking up to a new life. :)

  • @ufoimtc Yes its true, try to find a Atlas Chiropractor, most will tell you they do atlas adjustments, however thats not the same as one who specializes in atlas chiropractic. The atlas bone holds your head onto your spine...and the axis is the bone in which all the nerves for your whole body run out from the brain through the axis and to your body. If your atlas or axis are out, then the brain cannot send or receive signal in proper fashion. There are limited pain sensors in this area.

  • Thank you so much for making this video!!! I am going to try this.

  • @Endure2theEnnd Is that true about the brain & neck? It would make sense for me.

  • Your kinda smart hippie, but you need to hit the gym. :) Oh and most poor eyesight is due to brain fatigue, and a out of whack axis or atlas bone in the neck.

  • Two things: Poor vision is usually due to eye strain. To reduce eye strain shifting is the key. You will see non-eye glass users do this naturally. How? When looking to right blink, lubricate and relax eyes, slightly move face left and let everything else you see blur and shift to the left. Same principle applies for other 3 directions. This visual habit will eventually reshape eye naturally. Better Eyesight: The Complete Magazines of William H. Bates has a better explanation. Thanks, good work.

  • Do you know what effect dopamine has on vision? There are dopamine receptors in the back of the eye. I think color vision is effected.#

  • Thanks for sharing with us what makes sense to you. I think also that yawning can re-align the jaw, thereby improving the forces exerted on the eye muscles for a little while. I skipped over most of the external remedies for now, but love the self-generated healing techniques... thanks again !
