Great job on the cutting. Shitty camera work/directing. When she's doing the quartering of the artichoke heart, why zoom out? We don't need to look at her dress, hair and the kitchen background. People are interested in her working on the cuts, so zoom in. And then after the cuts, the camera zoom in, good idea.  But it was out of focus for a second.
