@MrEZCooking Have noticed how easy it is to make quinoa mushy or soggy compared to rice. I also try to use the most perishable ingredients first, or before they go bad. Wasting is a sin.

@KasCooks I was hungry and looking for something fast and I have this stuff laying around and if I don't use it, it will go bad! I used just a tad too much olive oil but I think everything will be back to normal by end of work day!
