@Bongo2k Hello. I've looked at the photo and If I've got it correct its just a circular tin? you can hinge from multiple edges 'if they are aligned straight. However, in this case the tools not effective for multiple edges on circular objects - it'll only work on a single edge as you've pointed out. I would bevel those edges and add additional support edges and mesh smooth or turbo smooth the mesh. If I have the incorrect image send it to me and I'll make a brief follow-up video for you
Is there any way to hinge from multiple edges? I'm trying to create a watch tin with the curved(?) edges. I can hinge from a single edge but then there are lots of segments. You can see what I mean by googling "metal watch tin" and looking at the 3rd pic from the left, the lighter silver parts on the bottom of the lid part
