    The problem with Riptide was that it wasn`t on in a kid-friendly timeslot.It followed The A-Team as well on Tuesday nights,whose act was tough to follow then.

    Ah, Riptide. A show I haven't seen in nearly 20 years. They repeated the hell out of it on TV in the 90's. It was like "Air Wolf meets Magnum P.I." Actor Joe Penny went on to do a show called "Jake and The Fat man" in 1989.
