But I think my reply is not a kind of "correction", but much more seems to be a "complement". :-)

I post all of these in English but not Chinese because some people (who can not read much Chinese) may want to learn Chinese in English.

But my English degree almost stopped advancing when I graduated from junior high school... Orz

I can not speak in English smoothly because I don't know enough vocabularies to use, so I can not make a video as a reply.

And 「the group of 億」 and 「the group of 兆」 are the same, too. We say 「『千百十個 + 億』 + 『千百十個 + 萬』 + 千百十個」, and「『千百十個 + 兆』 + 『千百十個 + 億』 + 『千百十個 + 萬』 + 千百十個」. And so that, when it goes from 億 to 百萬, and the 千萬 is 0, we have to say 零, because 億 and 百萬 are not in the same group. When it goes from 兆 to 百億, and the 千億 is 0, we have to say 零.
