This video is not very practical.
Not every persons computer will be anything NEAR this. You NEVER touch the connections on the back of the PCB, and he did that. You NEVER force a card in or out, and he did both. NEVER use magnetic tools around electronic equipment, and he did that. The only thing that I can consider professional about this video would be the anti-static wrist strap that he was wearing.

ok buddy i have a problem i thing pci slots are white i have a pci slot but on pci video cards the ends that clips into the slot are 1 wide one and 2 on the side but isnt the pci slot have 1 middle thing and another one so do they fit because im very confused can you help me

thats why if you notice on his left wrist he has a band on connected to the computer. that grounds him to no static travels to the computer parts
