One thing I've noticed .... there are A LOT of mentally-unstable vegans.
Those that go vegan but actually CARE about their health, and supplement and get their blood panels regularly and supplement anything missing, are usually OK...
The others (especially those that think they don't need B12) are nutters. There's LOTS on youtube that are mentally-unstable...

I am a Vegan and I don't push or cram my lifestyle down anyone's throat. This woman need to shut her damn mouth and start drinking protein shakes to go along with her Vegan diet to gain some muscle for her frail figure!

Stupid vegan!!! My granma eats a lot of meat and she looks way too much healthier(not to mention she's fit like a wild horse) than this vegan nutcase ( just look at her she has no energy and strength to carry her bike. Just big fuckin words yah yah!!
