Two days ago I had my neurogenic bladder treated with Botox injections through a cystoscope. This was a treatment decision after recent Urodynamic testing and failure on regular standard pharmaceutical treatment. The Botox should denervate my bladder within 1-3 weeks and should last for up to 9 months.
16 Sept 10 - still no improvement. I was told the effects could take 1-3 weeks. Waiting patiently.
How long ago were your injections? and how is it working now?

@julescurd My injections lasted about 8 months. I just went through another round of them in August. Very helpful procedure for me. I am at approximately 8 month intervals.

@xxvibxx -- I felt twinges the second and third day too. You might want to talk to your doctor and see if you can take something for the pain (if pain is what is bothering you). Otherwise, make sure there is no fever and no secondary infection (they should never do Botox with a UTI). Sending prayers your way!

@xxvibxx -- hope you are feeling ok for it. I requested to be knocked out for it (and they tied me down so I would not inadvertently try to help the urologist. I was happy to be lightly asleep ... I hope that the procedure works as well for you as it has been working for me. It's really quite amazing. I am probably due again in May-June. Best wishes .... :)
