@NateMantle Yes most probably. As you grow older we produce less Theta brainwaves, so we need to use certain sounds which help us produce them called Binurial Beats or my favorites and 10X more effective, Iso Chronic.Also, you haven't practiced so reading up on tips on how to Lucid dream will help. Your already a natural if you've been doing it as a kid so it won't be hard for you to get back to doing it hopefully.

@OfficialRJLextro I was reading the comments when I saw yours. I used to be able to control my dreams at will when I was a kid, but I've lost the ability over the years. Is that due to lower levels of theta being produced now?
