Lamb Curry made in the pressure cooker.
Welcome to our galley aboard the sailing vessel Lealea. It can be challenging to cook on a 27 foot cruising sailboat especially in rough weather. But whether in port or at the dock we always have a good time. More recipes available in The Galley at http://CruisingLealea.com

excellent video, very informative. Good safety tips always. do you find it hard to bring the vegtables along on the longer sails?

Some fruits and veggies last quite well - several weeks at least - onions, cabbage, some squashes, beans, potatoes, apples, oranges. Others not so much - tomatoes, lettuce, carrots; but even these will last long enough for most passages with a little attention and proper storage. Consult Annie Hill "Voyaging on a Small Income" for ideas.

This is completely unrelated to the video, but the brief glimpse of Bree's food reminded me to ask. What type of litter do you use for Bree? or do you even use Litter? I do recall seeing a litter pan in previous videos. Hopefully, I haven't overlooked a video that has already answered the above. Considering one day this might be my lifestyle, I thought it would be good to know since I will likely have some furball on board with us.
