Regarding "glimpse of his own perception"...by this i simply meant a part of yourself which is revealed in your work. That "part of yourself" is the way you view the world. Artists seem to "see" things in a different way which is the unique perception they portray through their art. Yet the artist is not fully revealed through the artwork. The viewer is given only a glimpse.

@slendidmax I understand. Part of the challenge is to hide the artist. I wanted to reveal the art all around us. In buildings whose stones were crafted by unknown masters who worked under less favourable conditions. I'm happy to have left a glimpse of myself not more.

This artwork offers a unique vision of an intimate relationship between humanity and that which has been created by human hands. The combinations of color and form evoke a sort of transient imagery that is visually stunning. The artist provides a basis that seems to both invite and challenge the viewer to form a more expansive perspective on the subjects depicted while allowing a shadowy glimpse of his own perception.

@slendidmax Wonderful-articulate-insight. The work is meant to challenge the viewer but only in the sense that I myself feel challenged by the question of what it means to see. Would love to know more about what you mean by the "glimpse of his own perception".
